In-App Data Deletion Option
Thida Angkor App provides users with the ability to request account and data deletion directly from within the application.
Users can initiate the deletion process by navigating to Settings → Request Delete Account.
Once the request is submitted, the same verification and confirmation steps will apply as with email requests.
Thida Angkor App will verify the user’s identity, confirm account ownership, and proceed with the deletion process within 30 business days.
Note: After a deletion request is submitted, the user’s account will be immediately marked as inactive and cannot be accessed or used while the deletion process is being completed. Once deletion is finalized, all delectable data will be permanently removed, and the account cannot be reactivated.
